Welcome to Mordeo Bistro & Bar Sydney - specialising in Italian cuisine, located just moments from Martin Place dining district on Phillip Street and an 8 minute walk from Circular Quay.

Mordeo has curated and styled a rich collection of produce-driven dishes ranging from tapas and share plates, wood fire meals, hand-stretched pizza, daily fresh pasta, robust mains to decadent desserts. The team are sure to deliver a warm and friendly and efficient dining experience.

Owner and executive chef Nicholas Aspros worked alongside head chef Marc Gehret to curate unique and innovative collection of fresh, produce-driven dishes, focusing on the vibrant flavours Italy, ranging from pastas, tapas to generous share plates, woodfired meats and pizza.

Our wide-ranging selection of wines by the glass and amazing cocktails curated by our mixologist Sam are all there to complement the food and dining experience.
